BW Velora strengthens leadership with new CTO and strategic advisor in Canada

BW Velora announces the appointment of Shahzad Rana as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer. Rana brings over 25 years of experience from senior roles, including CTO and NTO at Microsoft, and most recently as CTO during the launch of Northern Lights JV. He has extensive expertise in technology strategy and will lead BW Velora’s approach to developing data center and infrastructure projects that are innovative, scalable, and support new sustainable industry development.

The company also welcomes Daniel T. Wilson, P.Eng. as Strategic Advisor (Canada). Wilson brings 40 years of engineering and leadership experience from Alberta’s energy sector and will play a key role in supporting BW Velora’s expansion in the Canadian market.

With Rana joining the leadership team and Wilson advising on Canadian growth, BW Velora is well-positioned to advance its vision for sustainable innovation.
